Shipping + Returns
 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING - While we do our best to ship all purchases the same day as ordered some orders may take take up to 2 weeks to ship out.  Once processed all orders are shipped via USPS.  You will receive a tracking number once your package is in route.  Purchases will take 1-5 business days to be delivered from the date it was shipped.  Please email contact@dotigan.com if you have any problems with your delivery.   

RETURN POLICY - Returns are accepted up to 14 days from when the item is received.  You must email contact@dotigan.com within 2 days of receiving the item to start the return process.  Customer is responsible for shipping item back and We will reship if item is wanted to be exchanged for something else.
